Our Story
Since the very beginning of our company origin, the mission has been the same – to empower growing organizations and their employees through training and development.
What started as an extension to Digitec Solutions – our sister company, Sovran Training, providing only educational courses has since evolved to support the entire employee life cycle. Today, SovranHR, a unit of Support Functions, Inc. is proud to support our client’s multi-faceted Human Capital Management needs.

Our team of expert consultants will sit down with your leadership to discuss areas for improvement, and to determine what has worked well in the past and what hasn’t. We’ll then analyze this preliminary information and use it to define a scope of work.
Scope of Work
Based on our discussion of your needs, SovranHR’s team will prepare a comprehensive Statement of Work that clearly defines the project: roles, deadlines, milestones, and deliverables. If an ongoing engagement is required, we’ll provide a clear statement of roles and responsibilities so that you’ll know what to expect from month to month.
Diagnosis Audit
At this stage, we’ll take a much more granular look at the relevant historical data, metrics, KPIs, and files. The goal here is to provide an accurate, quantifiable benchmark that we can use to measure the current vs. the desired state.
Proposed Solution(s)
We give you a clear, actionable, and prioritized list of steps to take that will move your organization to the desired state as quickly as possible. Any solution that we offer will also address best practices and current compliance gaps, and will include a detailed timeline for implementation.
Implementation
We can help you with the implementation of the solution as well. This includes everything up to and including full implementation, as well as help with training or transitioning your teams.
